Sean Lukasik - President

Sean moved to the Twin Tiers in December 2005 from Buffalo, NY where he was the Public Relations Assistant at Kids Escaping Drugs. For over two years, he worked at Notre Dame High School as the Director of Public Relations. In addition to his current position with Fuller Group, he is an actor and musician. Sean is in his second year on the executive committee for TTYP and particularly enjoys playing on the club’s softball and broomball teams.




Ashley Slaybaugh - Marketing
EVMS Financial Analyst, Schweizer Aircraft
BA – Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing

Coming to the Twin Tiers in 2003 to attend Elmira College Ashley is excited advance her community involvement and local social network with TTYP. In addition to her position at Schweizer and TTYP, she is pursuing an MBA in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. In the past Ashley was Co-President of Students in Free Enterprise, President of the Big Events committee, and Events Chair for the Management and Marketing club.




Brian Klotz - Secretary
IT Analyst, Computer Task Group
BS Computer Science / Engineering; Bucknell University, Lewisburg,PA

Brian has resided in Painted Post, NY for three years since moving to the area from York, PA to accept a position with the Five Rivers Council, Boy Scouts. In addition to TTYP, Brian is active in a number of community and civic service organizations including: Five Rivers Council-Boy Scouts, Corning Rotary Club, Corning Chamber of Commerce, Pipeline for Progress, Bike to Work and School Week committee, and the Finger Lakes Trail Conference. He is also working on a team to plan a bicycle race to be held at Corning Inc.’s Sullivan Park complex in 2008 to benefit the Meals-on-Wheels organizations in the Elmira/Corning Area.

Erin Shane - Civic Events
Social Studies Teacher, Horseheads High School
BA- Adolescent Education and History, Elmira College, Elmira

Erin came to the Twin Tiers to attend Elmira College, and moved to the area upon completion of her education degree in order to accept a teaching position at Horseheads High School. Previous experience includes work with Rape Crisis of the Southern Tier, PAL and Orientation Executive Committee for Elmira College, planning and executing the three-part Orientation Program. She also volunteers as a coach for the Horseheads Cheerleading Program and is the advisor to the Horseheads Rowdy Raiders.



Ivan Zahariev - Social Events
BA- Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing

Ivan is a graduate of Elmira College, class of 2007. After graduation he accepted a position as a Commodities Management Analyst with Schweizer Aircraft Corporation, a subsidiary of Sikorsky. Ivan is also continuing his education at Indiana Wesleyan University pursuing an MBA in management.
